Credit & Debit Card Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

Upon check-in, the credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment, along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to any applicable deposit(s) which are disclosed at the time of booking, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount \u2013 it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We also may charge your card for any damages to the room or premises you or your guests cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution\u2019s policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank, credit card company, or institution handles your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds or returning availability or any fees or charges by your bank, credit card company, or institution because of your use of a credit or debit card. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel. We do not accept any third-party billing. This policy applies to all reservations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Any change to your arrival or departure date or room type is subject to hotel availability and may result in a possible rate change, additional fee, or other restrictions including but not limited to minimum length of stay requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The daily $50 resort fee provides every guest with:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

  • Hi-Speed Wireless Internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In-room coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guest pantry on every floor featuring fresh fruit and freshly baked cookies daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pool towel service at the resort pool<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fitness Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Bicycles (2) per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

    100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity, and no portion goes to any resort associate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Age Requirement<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n

    Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room and check in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    Check-in & check-out<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n

    Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Guidelines & Etiquette<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n
    • A damage recovery fee will be charged after check out if the room and\/or its contents are damaged. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Access to pool facilities are limited to registered guests of the resort. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Private umbrellas and tents are not permitted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Personal audio\/music devices are not permitted on the pool or balconies. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For safety reasons, coolers, ice chests, glass containers, grills and\/or cooktops, or outside food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Food consumption in our lounge or restaurant is limited to food and beverage items purchased from the resort. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Trailers or boat parking is not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n

      Dog Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n

      We welcome well-mannered dogs. Guests bringing dogs must always have them leashed when outside the guestroom and will be charged a non-refundable fee disclosed at the time of booking per night, per dog; maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Housekeeping service during your stay should be arranged either when you and your dog are not in the room or if you are, the dog must be leashed or crated. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Service dogs are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above. Under the ADA, a service dog is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person\u2019s disability. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Please note emotional support and anxiety relief dogs do not qualify under the ADA guidelines of a service dog and are subject to our policy above. Please be aware that it may be a violation of local or state law to misrepresent a dog as a service dog. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
