Discover the perfect indoor venue for your big day. Depending on the size of your celebration, we offer two distinctive indoor settings: the Sea Turtle Ballroom and the Kingfish Ballroom. Our chic, spacious Sea Turtle Ballroom is adorned with modern aesthetics and can accommodate up to 300 guests. Overlooking the resort’s well-manicured grounds, the intimate Kingfish Ballroom has a 90-guest capacity. Whatever you choose, our team is here to make your dreams come true.

We absolutely loved Hutchinson shores everything from beginning to end was perfect. They took the time with us to be sure everything was just as we wanted. They really went above and beyond down to having drinks and appetizers sent down to the beach while we took our wedding party photos. They left no detail out. We had an amazing wedding day and every one of my guest were so impressed and just awed by how awesome and amazing everyone and everything was. Bride Top Questions Q&As

Yes. We can arrange for a block of rooms which will provide your guests with a special rate and a code to book online. Our Sales Team will discuss details with you once the signed Event Agreement is received

Contact us with the date you are interested in and we will send you an Event Agreement which needs to be signed and returned within 10 business days.

The initial deposit will be $2,500.00 and is due with the signed event agreement. A 2nd deposit will be taken 6 months prior to the event (may vary depending on how far out the event is booked), this deposit will be for 50% of your estimated total.
Final payment is due 5 days prior to event, when final guest counts are provided.

Yes! We can accommodate any dietary need. We recommend knowing them in advance so we are prepared.

Yes! Our Bell Staff can deliver your Welcome Bags as your guests arrive for a charge of $4.00 each for generic bags or $6.00 each for name specific bags. The bags cannot be passed out at the Front Desk.
