Consider hosting your next corporate meeting in one of our three- or four-bedroom cottages. Able to accommodate up to 10 attendees, our cottages offer a uniquely scenic setting for work events. Our culinary team can help customize a menu as well.

Accommodating up to 80 guests, Paradise Cottage is a charming oceanfront venue that’s versatile and well-suited for all types of work gatherings, such as team-building events, executive retreats, and business dinners with exceptional catering.

With 40 cottages, Sunset Key Cottages can be reserved in its entirety for yourself and 150 of your associates. Multi-level packages for single events or up to three nights and four days are available for your corporate retreat or team-building weekend.

Become a Soldier for the Sea
Join the Conch Republic Marine Army, a dedicated grassroots volunteer organization actively cleaning Florida Keys marine habitats since 2017. With over 227 tons of debris removed along 43 miles of the Lower Keys shoreline, this army of volunteers navigates mangroves and brackish waters every Saturday. Groups can schedule private weekday cleanup excursions through the organization – just come prepared in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Build a Bike for a Local Youth Program
Organized by Southernmost Scavenger Hunt, a Key West-based company specializing in group activities, the Build a Bike, Build a Dream program injects a community-focused twist into team-building. Teams compete to win bicycle components, earning points for effective communication, followed by assembly. The finished bikes are then given to local youth initiatives, like the Boys & Girls Club of the Keys, as meaningful donations.

Gear Up for a Fruit & Veggie Vehicle Victory
Another brainchild of Southernmost Scavenger Hunt, the “Pole Position Produce” activity resembles the traditional Pinewood Derby – with a twist. Instead of crafting miniature cars from a wooden block, teams can only utilize fruits, vegetables, and essential supplies like toothpicks and bamboo skewers. The outcome? Some very impressive group creativity and collaboration. Points are granted based on style, solid construction, and speed.
Contribute to Mote’s Coral Reef Restoration Efforts
Group can learn about cutting-edge coral restoration efforts with a public tour or private tour (limited to 12 guests) of Mote Marine Laboratory’s three coral-growing campuses in the Keys. For a more immersive experience, consider their hands-on “Slice of Paradise” program, available at their Islamorada and Key Largo locations. Groups of five participants engage in “microfragmentation” and then mount coral bits onto ceramic pedestals within a tank where they grow to the appropriate size for eventual out-planting.

Key Lime Bike Tours offers customized tours for groups ranging from 15 to 150 people, tailored to your specific points of interests.
