Location
Belleview Inn is a historic hotel in Belleair, Florida originally built in 1896. The property consists of 35 guest rooms and suites, an outdoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness center. Guests of the Inn have access to the Belleair Country Club, two 18-hole golf courses and a club house adjacent to the hotel.
We offer a variety of room and suite options for your unique travel needs including classic and pool view rooms. We also offer unique junior and one-bedroom suites with sleeper sofas.
Our hotel is just 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, where visitors frequent Pier 60 at sunset and can enjoy Sandpearl’s semi-private beach and water activities during the day.
St Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 9.5 miles from the resort. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 20 miles from the resort. While this hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, our concierge will be happy to organize transportation for you!

As sister Opal Collection properties, guests of Belleview Inn can enjoy the semi-private beach of Sandpearl Resort, located less than five miles away (please note that access to Sandpearl’s pool is not included). Simply show your wristband and you’ll receive complimentary valet parking and lounge chairs!
Self-parking for cars is included in the resort fee.
Belleview Inn guests have access to the Belleair Country Club, whose golf course, designed by Donald Ross, includes a driving range and full-service Pro Shop. The hotel will be able to book you an available tee time about a month in advance. Please call 727.441.1774 to book your tee time today! Please be sure to adhere to the Club’s strict smart casual dress code (which prohibits denim and t-shirts).
Yes! Our sister properties, Sandpearl, and Opal Sands, are about 15 minutes away and each have a luxury spa onsite, the Opal Spa and the Spa at Sandpearl.

Dining reservations can be made for dinner and are highly recommended. Please note that the Country Club has a strict smart casual dress code which prohibits denim and tee shirts.

Enjoy time at our on property pool with the family. Then, if you’re looking to venture off property, head over to Clearwater Beach – just minutes away! In addition to the kayaking and other water sport rentals available on the beach, the town is home to the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium where the star of Dolphin Tale swims.
No, you do not need to reserve a chair by our iconic pool. Pool chairs at our Belleair hotel are first come, first serve.
We offer dry cleaning and valet services Monday through Friday. Just stop by the front desk and our associates will be happy to assist you!

Check in at our Belleair, Florida resort is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
