Our New England Conference Center features 20,000 square feet of function space, including two elegant ballrooms, a 6,438-square-foot exhibit hall, and intimate venues ideal for meetings, training sessions, and private banquets.
The 6,438-square-foot State of Maine Exhibit Hall accommodates up to 36 10’ x 10’ exhibit booths and offers a dynamic setting for large-scale gatherings, demonstrations and product launches. Our versatile Exhibit Hall can also be divided into two separate spaces to best suit your guest list and event needs.
Choose from 12 contemporary venues equipped with high speed wireless Internet access and advanced A/V technology.

Intimate groups of up to 12 will have unparalleled privacy in our boardroom. Discuss important topics with your group while surrounded by memorabilia from the 1905 Treaty of Portsmouth, which was signed in this very building.
Capacity: 25-250 Guests
Our three ballroom spaces are equipped to accommodate groups ranging in size from 25 to 250. Each can be arranged in various setups, including as a theater, reception, classroom, or banquet.
To break up a day of lectures, utilize our eight breakout rooms for smaller groups to have more intimate conversations. The rooms also serve as the ideal setting for your event staff to set up for the day, or as rooms for conference attendees to take a break and reply to emails.
Start or end your event with a reception on our pool deck, which offers stunning views of the marina and the towering facade of Wentworth by the Sea. Arrange the space for a cocktail reception or a sit down dinner with the help of our expert staff.

No, none of our New England area resorts offer an airport shuttle; however, rideshare options are available 24/7 and we are happy to refer transportation vendors upon request.
For Bar Harbor Club, restaurant buyouts are not available.
For Wentworth by the Sea, restaurant buyouts are not available, but groups can reserve one of our semi-private dining rooms at SALT Kitchen & Bar – our Wine Room (accommodating up to 12 guests) or our Glass Room (accommodating up to 30 guests).
Our New England area resorts do not allow outside catering. Instead, each property is supported by an exceptional on-site culinary team that creates memorable dining experiences tailored to your event.
Our Bar Harbor hotels offer self-parking and valet parking is available for an additional fee.
Samoset Resort offers self and valet parking.
For Wentworth by the Sea, self-parking is included in the resort fee and valet parking is available for an additional charge per day.
For Bar Harbor Club, groups are allowed to use an outside company.
Samoset Resort partners with Headlight AV. They can provide a quote ahead of time.

While all of our resorts offer kid-friendly activities, they do not have a dedicated kids club. Samoset Resort’s Ultimate Playground offers tennis, pickleball, basketball, a playground, disc golf and outdoor fire pits for s’mores.
Meeting room rental is determined on the overall program including guest room commitment and catered food and beverage events.
