COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT LIDO BEACH RESORT
Location
Our Sarasota Resort is located along a 300-foot section of private beach, less than a mile from St. Armand’s Circle. The property consists of two buildings, three on property dining options, two outdoor heated pools (one adult’s only and the other family friendly), and a jacuzzi.
The 4-story Tiki Building consists of traditional and beach front guest rooms with and without kitchenettes. Please note that all accommodations in the Tiki Building have external entrances.
The 14-story Palm Building consists of Premium King Guest Rooms and studio-style junior suites (which both have kitchens and balconies), as well as one- and two- bedroom suites.
St Armand’s Circle, a prime Sarasota attraction, is 0.7 miles from the hotel. We offer complimentary shuttle service to this well known island shopping center throughout the day.
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is about 7 miles from the resort. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 60 miles from the resort. This hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, but our concierge will be happy to organize transportation for you!

Valet parking is available for a nightly fee. Please note that Lido Beach Resort is a valet parking only property.
Lido Beach Resort offers shuttle service to and from St. Armand’s Circle from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm.
Our Sarasota resort’s restaurants are open to the public.
Beach chairs at our Sarasota beach resort are first come, first serve. Two beach chairs per guestroom are included in the resort fee. Additional beach amenities, like cabanas and umbrellas, are available for rent through an outside vendor on property.
Coin operated laundry is available in the Tiki and Palm Buildings (complimentary detergent is provided through the front desk). We’d also be happy to arrange dry cleaning services.

Fitness
Yes, in addition to our two outdoor swimming pools, our Sarasota resort has a Fitness Center complete with strength and cardio equipment so you can maintain your fitness routine on your Florida beach getaway.
There are so many things to do at Lido Beach from traditional water sports like scuba diving and jet skiing to sailing. Our front desk team is happy to help arrange activities for your next Florida beach vacation!
In addition to our private beach, pool, and water sports, Sarasota family activities like the Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Circus Museum, and Sarasota’s Classic Car Museum are just a short car ride away.
Reservations
Yes, there’s a $30 extra person fee per person, per night after the second adult.

Lido Beach Resort’s cancellation policy varies based on stay date and rate type (for instance an Advance Purchase rate has a stricter cancellation policy than most rates). Our deposit and standard cancellation policies are listed here.
Check into our Sarasota beach resort is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
Rollaways are available upon request for a nightly fee. Pack and plays, high chairs, and booster seats are complimentary. These amenities are based on availability.
Our pet friendly Sarasota resort welcomes well-mannered dogs. Guests bringing dogs will be charged a $100 nightly fee per pet. Please click here for our full pet policy.
