Family Rooms feature a plush king bed as well as twin-sized bunk beds in a separate area of the room, with a small separate television. Rooms also include outside entry as well as a refrigerator and microwave.

Palm Tower rooms are located on the upper floors of the tower, featuring breathtaking views of Sarasota Bay and downtown Sarasota. Rooms feature a ktichen with a cooktop, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster, as well as dining seating for four.

Palm Tower one bedroom suites feature a separate bedroom with plush bed and walk-out access to a private balcony, as well as a living room with a sleeper sofa. Suites also boast a kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and dining seating for four.

Palm Tower two bedroom suites include two separate bedrooms with plush beds, a large private balcony, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and two large bathrooms. Suites also boast a kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and dining seating for four.

Palm Tower studio suites include a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a private balcony. Studio suites also boast a kitchen that features a cooktop, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and dining seating for four.

Lido Beach Resort is equipped to accommodate mobility accessible needs in the following areas of the resort via self-operating lifts or sloped entryways: main entrance and registration desk, meeting spaces, business center, fitness center, Drift Kitchen & Bar, Beach Market Café, the poolside Tiki Bar, the beach (beach wheelchairs available upon request), the pool (equipped with pool lift), and handicap auto and van parking spaces.
