Toast the northern lights with handcrafted cocktails like the Snow Shoe – vodka, St. Germaine, fresh squeezed lemon juice, limoncello, and a dash of cranberry juice. Or opt for the Glacier Ice Martini, whipped up with vodka, vanilla liqueur, and white crème de cacao. Other glacier-themed libations to get excited about include: Frosty Mojito, Chocolate Martini, and a coconut- and pineapple-forward Jack Frost Cocktail.
