To craft this menu, we dove into the Wentworth by the Sea archives and pulled inspiration directly from our turn-of-the-twentieth-century menus. That includes not only the dishes – which are twists on Gilded-Era New England classics – but the graphic design with a grand aesthetic common to menus of that time.
