All King and Two Queen guest rooms are located in the main hotel building and are equipped with standard amenities including the Opal x NEST signature bath amenities, a Nespresso coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, and more. The Standard View rooms overlook the property grounds, gardens, and residential views of New Castle, while the Water View rooms overlook the Piscataqua River and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard or Little Harbor.

The One Bedroom Suites come in Standard or Water Views and are located in the main hotel building can each accommodate up to three guests as these rooms include a sleeper sofa. A cozy sitting area and living room are separate from the King bedroom, allowing for extra privacy and space to allow you to settle into a home away from home. Some of our One Bedroom Suites include a fire place.

The three iconic Turret Suites of the Wentworth by the Sea provide for an unforgettable stay. The bi-level suites can sleep up to three people as they are equipped with a sleeper sofa in the living room that is separate from the King Bedroom. The East, Center, and West Turret each have their own unique character, but all command stunning water views of Little Harbor.

Located directly on Little Harbor Marina, the townhouse style Marina Suites come in one or two bedroom configurations, and all command stunning waterfront views. Sway gently on the rocking chair on your balcony with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the tide gently lift the stunning sailboats and gleaming yachts. Perfect for families and extended stay guests, the Marina Suites come with their own parking (one spot per suite), and a separate waterfront pool for Marina Suite guests only that offers seasonal food and beverage service. The Marina Suite building is an approximate three-minute walk from the main hotel building.
