The Belleview Inn

A stunning Queen Anne-style hotel originally built in 1897 by railroad magnate Henry Plant, the Belleview Inn allows guests to step back in to the golden age of travel. Once a vacation spot to royalty, former presidents, and celebrities, the former Belleview-Biltmore has been reimagined as a boutique hotel and beautifully restored to its original grandeur, once again offering discerning travelers an intimate retreat set against Florida's Intracoastal Waterway. Each detail from the grand staircase to decorative millwork has been lovingly restored, including the enchanting Tiffany Ballroom, which provides a Gilded Age backdrop for private events. We have also added a few modern luxuries including a fitness center, outdoor resort-style pool and whirlpool.

With just 35 guest rooms appointed with carefully curated amenities, the Belleview Inn offers a boutique hotel experience unlike anything you’ve encountered before.
