No. The spa is open to the public, and we welcome both hotel guests and local visitors to book appointments.

In order to enjoy the widest selection of choices and options, we encourage you to schedule your appointments in advance. Although it is possible to walk-in and schedule an appointment, availability can be limited. In many cases, we are fully committed with other guests. A credit card or verified room number is required to hold a scheduled appointment.

We want all of our guests to experience a truly calm and relaxing environment. We prefer that you leave phones, iPads and pagers at home or in your room. If you must bring them with you, please silence your device before entering the spa.

When you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the spa. Arriving late for your service will limit the time of your service, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. After a treatment, it’s customary to vacate the room within a few minutes, though you are welcome to spend additional time unwinding in the spa’s relaxation lounge.

We require cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment, with packages and group bookings requiring 48-hours notice. Appointments canceled after those times will be billed at 50% of the service price, with no-show appointments billed at 100% of the service price. Services reserved on national holidays must be cancelled 24-hours prior, and after that point will be billed at 100% of the service fee. If you choose to hold the service with your room number, the charges will be billed to your room directly.

A 20% service charge will be added to your final bill upon check-out. This service charge will be received by the provider who performed your services, as well as our spa support staff, who assist in creating your overall experience. Additional gratuities for superior service are always appreciated.

We want you to feel at ease and dress comfortably. Out of courtesy for all of our guests, we kindly request that appropriate clothing and shoes be worn at all times when entering and exiting the spa. Spa robes or your personal clothing must be worn in all public areas in-between services.

Robes and lockers will be given to guests who will be experiencing two or more 60-minute services within one visit. For your comfort and convenience, guests receiving one service will be provided with a spa wrap to change into within the treatment room before their service. All Nail and Hair Spa services will be performed in your own clothing.

As part of our eco-awareness efforts, we strive to conserve. Being respectful of our environment is part of the spa experience. Although we provide all eco-friendly linens, we kindly ask that you use only the number of towels minimally necessary during your visit. This helps all of us protect and preserve our vital resources.

Please inform your therapist if you have any type of medical condition. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.

In order to avoid any worry, please leave all jewelry and valuables at home or in your room safe. We are not responsible for lost items.

A spa is a wonderful place to enjoy some alone time. Our spa facilities are limited to children ages 18 and older without adult supervision. Hair & Nail services are available for youth of all ages when accompanied by an adult
