Opal Sol is home to four on-site dining outlets, now serving as Clearwater’s newest and creative restaurants and bars. Signature Restaurant

Drift Kitchen + Bar

The latest iteration of Drift Kitchen + Bar – an Opal signature restaurant – is located just off the lobby. Serving as the resort’s centerpiece restaurant with a seaworthy spirit, it features a lively bar and lounge anchored by an open-concept spirit mixing room and a glass-tiled wood-fired oven, a dining room with floor-to-ceiling window views of the Gulf, and an outdoor patio that parallels Beach Walk (Clearwater’s winding beachside promenade).

Toast

Blonde wood, large rattan woven pendant lights, sculpture-like coral touches, and bountiful views of the ocean – is there a better way to start your day? Such is the scene to behold at our breakfast restaurant Toast, serving healthy and hearty options, everything from steel-cut oatmeal studded with seasonal berries to creative egg and avocado toast creations.

Current

Sleek and stunning are the two words used to describe Current, the pool bar and lounge where a white wood, tongue-and-groove-style slatted bar covering turns the concept of a tiki on its head. Additional seating bordered around the bar allows for more intimate conversations – but still always within full view of the ocean. It’s the perfect place to savor sunset over Clearwater Beach with a creative craft cocktail in hand.

You’ll find more than just a self-service coffee station in this market and café adorned in blonde wood and accented by a billboard-sized living wall of greenery.
