Drift Kitchen + Bar
The latest iteration of Drift Kitchen + Bar – an Opal signature restaurant – is located just off the lobby. Serving as the resort’s centerpiece restaurant with a seaworthy spirit, it features a lively bar and lounge anchored by an open-concept spirit mixing room and a glass-tiled wood-fired oven, a dining room with floor-to-ceiling window views of the Gulf, and an outdoor patio that parallels Beach Walk (Clearwater’s winding beachside promenade).

Sleek and stunning are the two words used to describe Current, the pool bar and lounge where a white wood, tongue-and-groove-style slatted bar covering turns the concept of a tiki on its head.
