Check in starts at 4 p.m. and check out time is at 11 a.m.
Pool hours are 7 a.m.–11 p.m.
Your guest room is furnished with an in-room coffee maker. There are also guest pantries located on each guest floor stocked with a Keurig machine, multiple flavors of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, water bottles and more.
We offer daily housekeeping service for all rooms. Turndown service is available upon request. You can also hang the ‘Service Request Time’ hanger on your door with the window of time you prefer your room to be cleaned.
Yes, we offer complimentary washers and dryers on the third floor, just past the guest pantry to the left of the elevator. The laundry room features two coinless stacked washer and dryer units. Complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are available at the front desk.

West Street Hotel is equipped with a state-of-the-art efficient fire emergency system that includes a sprinkler system and smoke detectors in guest rooms and hallways.
You should immediately evacuate if any of our detection systems sounds a warning, you have seen smoke or fire, or have been instructed to evacuate by hotel or fire department personnel.
