Dining in the Dark
Join us at Cirque St. Armands signature restaurant, Ringside, November 4th from 6:00pm – 8:30pm
Step into the unexpected and leave sight behind for an evening designed to awaken the senses. Dining in the Dark is an intimate three-course culinary experience where taste, aroma, and curiosity take the lead.
Blindfolded from the first course to the last, guests will be invited to experience each dish without the influence of sight, heightening every flavor, scent, texture, and surprise along the way.
Before the evening begins, select your preferred entrée: meat, fish, or vegetarian. Then, surrender to the experience and let your senses guide you through an evening where nothing is quite as it seems.
