The Zara Zota Ballroom features a relaxed beachside ambiance accentuated by 13-foot ceilings and chic contemporary chandeliers. The room can be divided into smaller sections if needed to accommodate more intimate gatherings.

Our 300 sq. ft. Board Room Suite will accommodate up to 14 people at a pre-existing Boardroom Table, with ergonomic executive-style swivel chairs, natural light, and offers complete privacy for a board meeting, breakout space, or private function. This room has an adjoining guestroom, which can be utilized as a sleeping room, storage, lavatory, or can be closed off completely from the Boardroom.

Our sophisticated 3,000-square-foot ballroom was renovated and transformed in 2019. Today, the venue boasts 13-foot ceilings, contemporary chandeliers, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, and airy ambiance. This room can also be divided into smaller sections for breakout sessions or smaller meetings.
In addition to the ballroom, our 8th floor includes five breakout rooms for smaller gatherings, strategizing sessions, and meetings. Three of the five rooms include both beach and Gulf views, and the additional two rooms offer water and skyline vistas your team will love.

The Alcove is located alongside our tropical pool deck and cocktail bar and buzzes with energy. Networking mixers and cocktail hours are a perfect for The Alcove, where every gathering is accompanied by the sounds of the Gulf and the refreshing chill of handcrafted tropical cocktails.

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is a 25-30 minute drive away, while Tampa International Airport (TPA) is a 60-minute drive away.
No, none of our Sarasota area resorts offer an airport shuttle; however, rideshare options are available 24/7 and we are happy to refer transportation vendors upon request.
For Lido Beach Resort and Zota Beach Resort, a restaurant buyout may be an option (depending on the time of year).
For The Resort at Longboat Key Club, restaurant buyouts are not available.
Our Sarasota area resorts do not allow outside catering.
The Resort at Longboat Key Club and Lido Beach Resort offer complimentary self-parking. Zota Beach Resort is valet parking only.
Five Star Audio Visual is the preferred AV vendor for all our properties, but groups are welcome to use an outside AV company.
While all of our resorts offer kid-friendly activities, they do not have a dedicated kids club.
Meeting room rental is determined on the overall program including guest room commitment and catered food and beverage events.
