The executive chef holds two culinary degrees: one from Johnson and Wales University and the other from Runaway Bay Heart Hotel training institute in Jamaica. So, it’s no surprise, this seafood truck serves up the tropical flavors of the islands with a Jamaican flair. This sandwich is just the beginning.
Nawty Hogg BBQ’s Sliced Beef Brisket Sandwich
These guys know BBQ! This sliced beef brisket sandwich has been slow roasted and hickory smoked to perfection. With nothing to cover up the meaty goodness but a lightweight bun and Nawty Hogg’s homemade BBQ sauce, you might just be in BBQ heaven.
