Location
Edgewater Beach Hotel consists of over 100 suites located on 7 miles of white sand beach in Naples, Florida. Our 7-story tower houses the lobby, Coast Restaurant, and guest suites while our two, 4-story courtyard buildings surround the pool deck complete with two heated, outdoor pools.
We offer a variety of suite options including one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with Naples, Gulf, and beachfront views. Our Gulf view rooms overlook the palm lined pool area with views of the Gulf of Mexico in the distance while our beachfront suites offer direct views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
Our lanai suites are on the ground level. The Two Bedroom Beachfront Lanai Suites walk directly onto the beach while our Gulf View Lanai Suites provide direct access to the pool deck.
All rooms in the courtyard buildings have an electric stove top while rooms in the tower do not. Both buildings’ suites have full size refrigerators, microwaves, and in-room coffee makers.
Our hotel is located on its own private beach and is just 2.5 miles away from downtown Naples where visitors frequent the upscale shopping and dining of 5th Avenue South.
We have a trolley available from noon to 10 pm to drop off guests on 5th Avenue South.
Naples Municipal Airport (APF) is about 6.4 miles from the hotel and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is 32 miles away. While this hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, our concierge will be happy to organize transportation for you!

Self-parking for one vehicle is covered by the resort fee, with valet parking for one vehicle for a nightly fee of $25 plus tax. One vehicle per room is strictly enforced. Additional vehicles must be valeted for a nightly fee of $25 plus tax, or $100 plus tax per night over holidays. Due to the limited parking available, additional vehicles will be turned away when the lot reaches capacity.
While Edgewater does not have a spa, arrangements can be made for services in-suite or at one of the many local spas nearby. Our team is happy to help!
In keeping with the intimacy of our resort, beach and pool access is restricted to registered in-house guests only.

Yes, we offer special holiday menus and seasonally inspired activities to celebrate the holidays at Edgewater.
There are so many things to do at Edgewater. In addition to our pool and beach complete with kayak and paddleboard rentals, the Naples Zoo, fishing charters and other local attractions are just minutes away.
Yes, we offer self-service laundry at Edgewater Beach Hotel. Washers and dryers are located on the pool access level in the main tower and complimentary detergent is available at the bell stand.
Housekeeping is available daily. If you would like to request housekeeping at a specific time, please call the front desk or text us.

Check in at our Naples resort is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our front desk is staffed 24/7.
Our resort offers rollaways for a daily fee. We also offer cribs, high chairs, and booster seats upon request.
