Fitness Classes Descriptions

Beach Yoga

Enjoy the fresh air, soft white sand and the sound of the rippling Gulf waves at this beach yoga class. ALL LEVELS

Core, Floor, & More

Develop a stronger core, improve balance and stability and strengthen muscles with a variety of safe and steady exercises. ADVANCED

Extreme Energy Rush

A high-intensity blend of strength and cardio moves designed to challenge your limits. This tough class will push you to new heights, leaving you feeling stronger and making the rest of your day feel like a breeze. ALL LEVELS 

Flexibility Flow

Flex and flow during this hour session incorporating yoga and stretch techniques to help you feel relaxed and stretched. 

Latin Line Dance

Dance to Latin rhythm—mambo, cha cha, rumba, tango, samba, bachata, merengue, and salsa! No partners required. Meet people and have fun! The music impassions the brain and the dance itself is a full body workout. ALL LEVELS

Mat Pilates

A total body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen from the powerhouse (core) out. Focused on alignment and balance. ALL LEVELS

Mobility, Balance, & Strength

The perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability, bridging the gap between fitness and yoga. Compliment your routine and your workouts, whilst allowing your body the release from the day-to-day and sitting for long periods of time. ALL LEVELS

Mindful Mobility

Gentle stretching and mobility exercises to help you feel looser, release tension, and move more freely throughout your day. ALL LEVELS

One More Rep

This diversified class offers exercises for the entire body. Upper body exercises with weights, core exercises for a strong and slim midriff, balance exercises for stability and confidence and stretching to elongate the muscles. ALL LEVELS

Pilates

This mat based Pilates will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. ALL LEVELS

Silver Strength Club

A class designed specifically for older adults, focused on promoting longevity, improving functional movement, and making everyday life easier. ALL LEVELS 

Strength Evolution

This full-body, low-impact workout is designed to enhance strength, muscle tone, and core stability through functional training. It challenges your entire body, including your cardiovascular system, with dynamic movements. Using tools like glute bands, smart bands, weights, and gliders, this workout will boost overall strength, mobility, and flexibility. Get ready to feel the burn and transform your fitness! ALL LEVELS 

Strong Foundations

Full-Body Strength & Endurance Workout. This dynamic workout targets both strength and endurance with functional movements designed to improve your performance in everyday tasks. By incorporating resistance bands, weights, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll challenge your muscles while building real-world strength. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, modifications will always be provided to suit every fitness level. Get ready to sculpt your body, improve mobility, and feel stronger in your daily activities! ALL LEVELS

Sit Fit

Designed for people with limited mobility or balance challenges, this low-impact, chair-based workout helps build strength and endurance in the upper and lower body. ALL LEVELS

Splash Fitness

A fun-filled water class consisting of cardio and muscle strengthening. Water creates natural resistance which means every step is a challenge, helping to tone your muscles with no impact on your joints. ALL LEVELS

Stretch

Elongate muscles from end to end, increase your flexibility and improve body awareness with this special mind/body connection. ALL LEVELS

Total Body Blast

Focuses on full body strength training along with core, balance, and cardio mixed in with 45 second circuits and a full body stretch at end of class. ALL LEVELS

Water Wellness

Beat the heat at this fun fitness pool program, loosen tight muscles and reduce inflammation. Includes; movement, stretching and strengthening for a lighter way to stay in shape. ALL LEVELS

Yoga

This class is for those students who have already practiced yoga for at least six months and would like to stretch more deeply and challenge their strength as we move into more complex poses. We will also practice other aspects of yoga, such as pranayama, (breathwork). ALL LEVELS

Yoga Conditioning

This 90 minute class is designed to deepen and strengthen your yoga practice and Pranayama (breathing) techniques. YOGA EXPERIENCE AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC ALIGNMENT PRINCIPLES ARE REQUIRED. ADVANCED

Zumba with Confidence

Intervals of Latin dance and weight training. Be strong, be vibrant, be you! ALL LEVELS

Resort Guest Fee – $25 per class

** Maximum Mind & Motion Studio class size is 15 participants.
