Intro to Strength
Build a strong foundation with this beginner-friendly strength training class. You’ll learn proper form, safe technique, and how to use basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for those new to strength training or looking to refresh their skills, this class focuses on improving muscular strength, balance, and confidence one rep at a time. ALL LEVELS
Latin Line Dance
Dance to Latin rhythm—mambo, cha cha, rumba, tango, samba, bachata, merengue, and salsa! No partners required. Meet people and have fun! The music impassions the brain and the dance itself is a full body workout. ALL LEVELS
Mat Pilates
A total body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen from the powerhouse (core) out. Focused on alignment and balance. ALL LEVELS
Mobility, Balance, & Strength

One More Rep
This diversified class offers exercises for the entire body. Upper body exercises with weights, core exercises for a strong and slim midriff, balance exercises for stability and confidence and stretching to elongate the muscles. ALL LEVELS
Pilates
This mat based Pilates will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. ALL LEVELS
Pilates + Strength
This class blends the core-focused principles of Pilates with dynamic strength training exercises to build balance, stability, and total-body strength. You’ll use controlled movement, resistance, and mindful breathwork to sculpt lean muscles, improve posture, and enhance endurance. ALL LEVELS
Strength Evolution
This full-body, low-impact workout is designed to enhance strength, muscle tone, and core stability through functional training. It challenges your entire body, including your cardiovascular system, with dynamic movements. Sit Fit
Designed for people with limited mobility or balance challenges, this low-impact, chair-based workout helps build strength and endurance in the upper and lower body. ALL LEVELS
Splash Fitness
A fun-filled water class consisting of cardio and muscle strengthening. Water creates natural resistance which means every step is a challenge, helping to tone your muscles with no impact on your joints. ALL LEVELS
Stretch
Elongate muscles from end to end, increase your flexibility and improve body awareness with this special mind/body connection. ALL LEVELS
Total Body Blast
Focuses on full body strength training along with core, balance, and cardio mixed in with 45 second circuits and a full body stretch at end of class. ALL LEVELS
Water Wellness
Beat the heat at this fun fitness pool program, loosen tight muscles and reduce inflammation. Includes; movement, stretching and strengthening for a lighter way to stay in shape. ALL LEVELS
Yoga
This class is for those students who have already practiced yoga for at least six months and would like to stretch more deeply and challenge their strength as we move into more complex poses. We will also practice other aspects of yoga, such as pranayama, (breathwork). ALL LEVELS
Yoga Conditioning
This 90 minute class is designed to deepen and strengthen your yoga practice and Pranayama (breathing) techniques. YOGA EXPERIENCE AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC ALIGNMENT PRINCIPLES ARE REQUIRED. ADVANCED
YogaLates
a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the mindful movement and breathwork of yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. This full-body workout is designed to enhance flexibility, improve posture and balance, and build deep core stability.Whether you’re aiming to boost athletic performance, refine body alignment, or simply move with greater intention, YOGALATES offers a balanced, restorative, and empowering experience. Zumba with Confidence
