Balance, Core, & Movement
Performing exercises to increase strength, flexibility, sensory awareness, reflexes, and concentration. Increasing confidence by working through a series of progressive challenges that improve the ability to correct imbalances as well as strengthen the skill to consistently implement safe movement strategies. ALL LEVELS
Beach Boot Camp
This challenging workout blends mid to high intensity body weight exercises combined with interval and strength training. It’s a high calorie burning class and is designed to push you to the max. ADVANCED
Beach Yoga
Enjoy the fresh air, soft white sand and the sound of the rippling Gulf waves at this beach yoga class. ALL LEVELS
Cardio Body Sculpt
Total cardio body workout using a variety of equipment to increase strength, endurance, and balance. ADVANCED
Cardio HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises. INTERMEDIATE
Cardio Kickboxing
A non-competitive, aerobic fitness exercise that incorporates kickboxing techniques and movements. It is a cardiovascular-focused exercise inspired by the kickboxing sport with less impact and involves no sparing. Cardio Kickboxing is a popular fitness exercise that is practiced around the globe. Core & Full Body Conditioning
This class is a whole-body workout designed to improve your overall fitness. Core conditioning typically involves a thorough warm-up followed by a combination of cardio and strength exercises (with a strong focus on the core), finishing with a brief stretching session.. ALL LEVELS

Develop a stronger core, improve balance and stability and strengthen muscles with a variety of safe and steady exercises. ALL LEVELS
Crave the Burn Core & Stretch
This class is designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals. The aim of these classes is to tone and flatten your stomach while improving mobility. ALL LEVELS
Dynamic Movement & Balance
A fall prevention class carefully designed to improve (dynamic) balance, gait, strength, and flexibility. Practice real world movements like twisting, bending, lunging, pulling, pressing & different gait patterns to enhance your movement literacy. ALL LEVELS
Kickboxing, Balance, & Movement
A martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as Karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing. ALL LEVELS
Latin Line Dance
Dance to Latin rhythm—mambo, cha cha, rumba, tango, samba, bachata, merengue, and salsa! No partners required. Meet people and have fun! The music impassions the brain and the dance itself is a full body workout. ALL LEVELS
Mat Pilates
A total body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen from the powerhouse (core) out. Focused on alignment and balance. ALL LEVELS

A mind-body exercise form that uses meditation, breathing, and movement to increase energy and enable the body to heal itself. ALL LEVELS

The ultimate group cycling class. Pump up the volume on your workout in this complete mind/body cardio workout. ALL LEVELS
Splash Fitness
A fun-filled water class consisting of cardio and muscle strengthening. Water creates natural resistance which means every step is a challenge, helping to tone your muscles with no impact on your joints. ALL LEVELS

Enjoy this quick 25 minute stretch to wrap up your active morning. ALL LEVELS

Elongate muscles from end to end, increase your flexibility and improve body awareness with this special mind/body connection. ALL LEVELS
Total Body Blast
Focuses on full body strength training along with core, balance, and cardio mixed in with 45 second circuits and a full body stretch at end of class. ALL LEVELS
Weight & Sculpt
This class does it all! Upper body conditioning, thigh and glute work followed by core conditioning. Finishing with some stretch and relaxation. This class will sculpt your body while leaving you long and lean. ALL LEVELS
Yoga
This class is for those students who have already practiced yoga for at least six months and would like to stretch more deeply and challenge their strength as we move into more complex poses. We will also practice other aspects of yoga, such as pranayama, (breathwork). ALL LEVELS
Yoga Conditioning
This 90 minute class is designed to deepen and strengthen your yoga practice and Pranayama (breathing) techniques. YOGA EXPERIENCE AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC ALIGNMENT PRINCIPLES ARE REQUIRED. ADVANCED
Zumba with Confidence
Intervals of Latin dance and weight training. Be strong, be vibrant, be you! ALL LEVELS
