Insider Tip

The Sagamore Resort hosts the region’s largest ice bar every winter, the last two weekends in January, called the Glacier Ice Bar & Lounge. Set on Mountain View Terrace, this incredible creation magically transforms 18,000 pounds of ice into a themed ice bar complete with ice sculptures, ice luges, tables, stools, and faux fur throws. This annual event draws hotel guests and locals alike and is boon to the local area during the winter months.
